Woodland Hideaway

Fantastic new pine lodge in a beautiful, peaceful and secluded location. The lodges are nicely spaced out in their own areas and equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Very spacious and furnished to excellent standard. Loved using the log fire at night or relaxing in the hot tub. Plenty of nice walks around the farm which our dog loved. Beds were super comfy and was lovely to wake up each morning surrounded by the sheep and views of hills. Plenty to see and do in the area but also perfect spot to relax and unwind.

This was a really lovely lodge. The setting was very private we were not overlooked at all, unless you count the sheep who grazed on the surrounding hill, but really for us they just added to the peaceful and quiet surroundings. Over the years we have stayed in lodges in many locations and this we rate as one of the best we have stayed in, it was very comfortable and well equipped.

Such a lovely location. We stayed in Dorset Threshold with sheep just the other side of the fence! Everything in the lodge was wonderful with everything you could need. Lovely complimentary eggs and little cakes. On the 1st night we had the log burner going which was brilliant (1st time we had ever used one!). To be quite honest was a bit miffed when the other days were warmer and we didn’t have the excuse to light it again!! Used the hot tub a couple of times and were able to sit in the reclining sun loungers too!!

We highly recommend. We had a lovely relaxing time. The view across the countryside was stunning. The lodge had everything we needed and loved the hot tub and sitting outside under the verandah even when it was raining.
